Be it injuries, a tough schedule or bad bounces, several NFL teams failed to live up to expectations in 2020. But they used the offseason to address their respective needs.
On the flip side, other teams greatly overachieved last year. And some questionable offseason moves can only mean one thing: Regression is inevitable.
Here are five NFL teams that will improve in 2021, and 5 that will decline.
